Q. How do I make a reservation?
All sessions are 100% by appointment. Contact us via the [Booking] button on our website. After checking the schedule, we will provide deposit instructions. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is verified.
Q. Are original RAW/JPG files provided?
Yes, all original JPG files with basic color correction are provided via email on the day of the shoot. RAW files are not provided as they contain the studio's technical expertise.
Q. Is hair and makeup available at the studio?
We do not have an in-house hair/makeup artist. We can recommend affiliated shops or connect you with freelance artists (Additional cost).
Q. How long does the final retouching take?
It typically takes 2-3 business weeks from the date you select your photos. We invest significant time in high-end precision retouching to preserve skin texture. Urgent requests may incur additional fees.
Q. How many outfits can I wear?
It depends on your package. Personal Profile allows 1 outfit, and Signature Pictorial allows up to 3. Please bring your own outfits; a changing area is provided.
